For order: we offer 1% spare parts.

2. One year warranty

We offer 1 year warranty.

The warranty time is from the day of purchaser receiving our products. If purchaser is a reseller, the warranty time is from the vendor receive products from our company.

During the warranty period, customer need to pay the shipping cost of sending it back to us. We’ll repair the defective products within 10 business days after we receive it and for free, please be kindly noticed that the following parts are not for free:
1). DVD loader
2). TFT-LCD panel

After the applicable warranty period, purchaser must pay all labor, parts changes, shipping costs and tax.

The repaired products will be returned with original carton or similar carton.

Please be kindly noticed that please contact our salesman first to make sure the problem before you send the defective products back. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, our salesman will send return authentication and shipping instruction to you. Please send us tracking number to us after you send out the defective products.

We won’t sign for any return products that we didn’t get any notices ahead.

The following incidents are not covered:

1. This warranty doesn’t cover any appearance item, any accessories used in conjunction with product.

2. This warranty doesn’t cover any damages to the products resulting from natural disaster, fire, civil unrest, accidents, neglect, misuse or abuse and/or acts of force majeure.

3. This warranty doesn’t cover any damages to a speaker that has been subjected to power in excess of its publishing power rating.

4. This warranty doesn’t cover defects or damages caused by unauthorized repair, modification or labor.

5. This warranty doesn’t cover any damage to the products resulting from alternations, wrong electrical supply, subsequent damage from leaking, damaged or inoperative batteries or the use of batteries not conforming to those specified in the owner’s instructions.

6. This warranty doesn’t cover dismantling or installation of products for repair after repair.

7. This warranty doesn’t cover any damages caused by failures to install or use the product in accordance with the instruction or use of this product other than for its intended purpose.

8. Altered, defaced or removed serial number and/or this warranty card void this warranty.
